ProWein Düsseldorf On Sunday March 16, I'll be taking part in the ProWein Düsseldorf fair to meet champagne professionals, reconnect with some of them, explore new houses and test their cuvées, and exchange ideas with producers and industry experts.
It's a great opportunity to deepen my knowledge, discover unique champagnes and establish future collaborations.
